Dr. Vasilios A. Lirofonis

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Vasilios "Bill" Lirofonis is a board-certified podiatrist dedicated to helping patients get back on their feet—comfortably and confidently. Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), he is known for a thoughtful, patient-first approach that goes beyond simply treating symptoms.


Dr. Lirofonis specializes in identifying the root, whole-body causes of foot and ankle pain. By focusing on biomechanics, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors, he helps patients achieve lasting relief—often without the need for surgery. His philosophy is simple: exhaust conservative, effective treatments first, and reserve surgery only when absolutely necessary.


A trusted member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and the New Hampshire Podiatric Medical Association (NHPMA), Dr. Lirofonis stays at the forefront of modern podiatric care. He also serves as adjunct faculty with the Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency Program and Concord Hospital, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of physicians.
